By signing below, the individual acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for any
and all damage to vehicles or bodily harm resulting from participation in the Morgan County
Fair Rodeo Mutton Busting.
By signing below, I waive and release Morgan County, the Morgan County Fair, Fair Board
Members, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and the representatives, agents, successors and
assigns of each, from all claims of liability, demands, damages, rights of action,
either present or future, of any kind whatsoever arising out of my or my designee
(if under 18) participation in any or all the Rodeo event activities.
I further specifically waive and release each of Morgan County, the Morgan County Fair, Fair
Board Members, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and the representatives, agents,
successors and assigns of each from their own NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT for any
injury, damage, harm or claim suffered by participants in the course of any event,
whether caused by the negligence or fault of the parties identified above, or any
other entity or person acting on their behalf, including during preparation and
following the conclusions of such event, suffered by participants as a result,
either occasioned by, contributed to, or substantially due to such participation in
the Rodeo event activities.
By signing below, such participant or guardian further agrees to appear and defend
Morgan County, the Morgan County Fair, all fair board members, sponsors, employees,
volunteers and the representatives, agents, successors and assigns of each, from any suits or
actions at law brought against them by or on behalf of any participant or any other
person, on account of any claim of injury, damage or harm whatsoever arising from
the participation in the Rodeo activities, and to pay and satisfy any final
judgment that may be rendered against any such entity or persons in any such suit
or action.
